NOTE: use $RAZOR_HOME/scripts/rz_updatetci script to correct the date for previously updated issues, files, or threads. It is strongly recommended that you run this script on all
of your databases as soon as you install this release. This will correct the issue where the wrong date is displayed for modified issues, files, or threads.

Removed RHEL 6.x (kernel 2.6.x) as a release target for Razor.

Razor Release 5.4.01 (Sept. 2019)

Razor server is now fully 64 bit compatible on Linux platforms. The 2.6.x, 3.x, and 4.x kernels are supported on Redhat, CentOS, Ubuntu, SUSE, etc. Supports ext4 and XFS files systems greater than 2GB on 64 bit OS's. Supports CentOS7 64 bit, ReadHat7 64 bit, CentOS6 and Redhat6 32 and 64 bit and the latest Ubuntu builds as of this date.
New and vastly improved Razor users password features and complexity Razor adduser no longer requires all of the information on the same command. Correctly prompts for each required entry. User names must be between 4 and 16 characters long Passwords must now be between 8 and 16 characters in length. Must contain at least 1 upper case, 1 number and 1 special character. Groups must be between 4 and 16 characters in length. Razor passwd no long hangs in a loop if the incorrect initial password is entered; after 3 attempts it will bail out.

Razor license manager now has a time out feature for inactive clients. A new variable in the license.conf: CLIENT_TIMEOUT sets this feature Ranges from 1 to 86400 seconds. A setting between 1 and 300 defaults to 5 minutes. Settings between 301 and 84600 are accurate to 10 seconds. A setting of -1 (default) disables this feature

Updated the Razor ID command for newer versions of Linux. The command selects the first alphabetically listed network interface. The command provides feedback on how to select an alternate interface.

Removed the 'save password' feature from the login screen to improve security.

NOTE: Razor install package consists of files RazorInstall.msi and setup.exe (run setup.exe to install)

You must manually uninstall previous versions of RazorPC.

The Razor License manager will not accept connections from earlier versions of clients. It will warn the razor administrator of the attempt and provide information to help track down the connection. The user will not be able to log in.
